I love food. There – that is kind of me all over. “Everything I do, I do it for food” should have been my tagline but I feared the copyright claims would come flooding in.
I also love writing and creating engaging content for blogs and publications, which I’ve been doing for the past 13 years.
I speak visually, talking with pictures as well as words, creating mindscapes of luscious foods with a voice of enthusiasm and child-like fascination with the quality producers that call our region home.
I work with PR companies, liaise with restaurants and business owners, collaborate with influencers and content creators, and beyond my food universe I have taught students about social media in the context of digital literacy, but can also write and create content for snappy social media campaigns.
